BLADENBORO — West Bladen made it five straight on Tuesday night.

The Lady Knights rolled past visiting East Columbus 50-25 in girls high school basketball, boosting their Three Rivers Conference ledger to 3-0. West Bladen is 5-1 overall.

Seniors Kasee Singletary and Elexis Corrothers scored 12 and 10 points, respectively. The duo was a combined 6-for-7 from the foul line, all in the second half. Sophomore Haley George added eight points and senior Mikayla Meadows six.

Lazaydia Flowers scored 18 points to lead the Lady Gators, who fell to 0-3 in the league and 4-4 overall.

West Bladen, which hasn’t lost a December game since 2017, is out of the conference on Friday to play host to Clinton.
