ELIZABETHTOWN — On Wednesday morning, elected officials from throughout Bladen County, along with U.S. Congressman David Rouzer and State Rep. William Brisson, were given a tour of the $17 million Law Enforcement Center and Detention Center by Sheriff Jim McVicker and his staff. The new facility, which currently houses the Sheriff’s Office administration and staff, will open to inmates in September.
