ELIZABETHTOWN — A new program, 4-H Leads: Preparing for Tomorrow, Succeeding Today, is kicking off in Bladen County on Thursday at 5 p.m.

This is a leadership program for grades 9-12 to be held at the Powell-Melvin Agriculture Building. Registration by Tuesday is at go.ncsu.edu/4hleads-youth-registration-form.

Participants will be able to develop leadership skills and find opportunities to practice them; learn about tips and tools to be successful applying to college, scholarships, and jobs; and develop skills in decision making and goal setting.
