TABOR CITY — West Bladen was defeated by Three Rivers Conference contender South Columbus on Thursday in high school volleyball.
The Lady Knights tumbled 25-9, 25-19, 25-16. West Bladen dropped to 9-6 in the Three Rivers, 11-6 overall, and will visit East Bladen on Tuesday.
Senior Mikayla Meadows had five kills, junior Shelby Pharr had three and senior Jordan Benson had six digs. Blocks were registered by Meadows and juniors Sidnee Walters, Amelia Brisson, and Ashlyn Cox.
In the junior varsity match, West Bladen fell 25-15, 25-10. The JV Lady Knights are 5-9 in the Three Rivers and 6-9 overall.
Caroline Brisson had five digs and Alyssa Suggs four kills for the guests.
