Elizabethtown woman arrested on drug charges

WHITEVILLE — Bladen County Sheriff Jim McVicker announced Monday the arrest of an Elizabethtown woman wanted by the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office for selling narcotics.

“Whiteville Police Department arrested Antonia Nicole Smith, 30, of Elizabethtown on Sunday on several outstanding warrants,” McVicker said.

Smith was charged with sell/deliver cocaine, maintain a dwelling for the purpose of keeping or selling controlled substances, manufacturing cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, and possession of cocaine.

Smith was booked into the Columbus County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond. She will be transferred to Bladen County to face the charges in District Court in Elizabethtown.
