ELIZABETHTOWN — Woody Horton was the speaker for Wednesday’s meeting of the Elizabethtown Rotary Club No. 6146 in District 7730.
Horton’s message included the latest developments in the Federal Crop Insurance Program. This is a federally-funded program that provides a safety net for our nation’s food supply and benefits rural economies such as Bladen County.
