The Bladen County Recreation Department had three leagues and 12 teams in its softball program this season.
The Force won the 11-12-year-old league, bating the Comets three out of five games.
The Heat and Thunder shared the 8-10-year-old title with 5-2-1 records. The Bandits and Rockets finished 4-4. The Riptide was 1-7.
The 5-7-year-old leage had the Suncats, Sweet Heat, Diamond Queens, Snowbirds and Falcons. No scores were kept.
