WHITEVILLE — All-conference accolades are out for the Three Rivers Conference in cheerleading, the league president announced Monday morning.
Each school in the nine-team league had two selections for fall and two selections for winter. Both West Bladen and East Bladen had a two-time selection.
West Bladen landed Tara Rogers and Hajaira Diaz on the fall squad, and Rogers and Amyia Williams on the winter unit.
East Bladen was represented on the fall team by Makia Johnson and Abby Cooley, and on the winter squad by Johnson and Jessica Johnson.
Other members of the fall team were East Columbus’ Lazaydia Flowers and Nykera Banks; Fairmont’s Kaitlyn Tyler and Marayah Watson; Red Springs’ Trinity Murray and Kaila Wright; South Columbus’ Laya Gelezinsky and Brooke Hammond; St. Pauls’ Morris Conrad and Ashantis Winfree; West Columbus’ Madison Nance and Maggie Waddell; and Whiteville’s Blair Stoles and Bella Britt
The winter unit included Zay Flowers and Janyia Cummings of East Columbus; Watson and Honesty Baker of Fairmont; Murray and Jaylen Alexander of Red Springs; Taleyah Grate and Mary McCray of South Columbus; Conrad and Winfree of St. Pauls; Naya Bryant and Emma Strickland of West Columbus; and Carson Green and Kiyah Gause of Whiteville.
