ELIZABETHTOWN — Registration for youth fall baseball and softball is open and encouraged through the internet for the Bladen County Parks & Recreation Dept. through Oct. 6.
Participants can sign up by going to bladeninfo.org and using the Parks & Rec link.
Baseball is for ages 13-14 and age of participants is determined by using April 30, 2020. Cost is $35.
Girls softball will be grouped for ages 5-7, 8-10, 11-12 and 13-16 and determines age by using Jan. 1, 2020. Cost is $35.
For both sports, participants should supply their helmet, glove and other personal equipment.
Games are expected to begin the second week of October and be concluded by Thanksgiving.
