ELIZABETHTOWN — Tickets are on sale for the Bladen County Tour of Churches to be held Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The self-guided tours, part of a Warm Southern Christmas, are being presented by the Elizabethtown-White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the participating churches. Proceeds from the $5 donations go to the Empty Stocking Fund, a collection to help enhance Christmas for the less fortunate that is spearheaded by the Bladen Journal.
Tickets are available at the chamber, the newspaper, each church, or at eventbrite.com/e/tour-of-churches-bladen-county-nc-tickets-126312310521. The chamber and the newspaper are each located at 207 E. Broad St., next door to the Bladen County Public Library and across the intersection from the new Elizabethtown fire station.
Churches participating in this event are Bladenboro First Baptist Church, Brown Marsh Presbyterian Church, the Chapel at Harmony Hall, Old Trinity Methodist Church, Saint Christopher’s Episcopal Church, and Trinity United Methodist Church.
