• Head coach: Terry Smith, 8th year.
• Last year: 3-0, 1-0 Three Rivers Conference.
• Top returners: Seniors Jackson Bostic, Will Hester.
• Smith: “They have played the No. 2 doubles together for the last three years. Bostic was the No. 2 singles and Hester was the No. 4. I expect them to be Nos. 1 and 2 respectively. I am anticipating a good year out of Colin Hill and Hoyt Register. All four of these young men are seniors and have been four-year starters. I am just glad they get to play their senior year. We will have a late start due to the fact most of the players are currently playing other sports. After soccer finishes we will start and have a better idea of our roster.”
• League: Smith says, “Unfortunately, because we did not play last year I do not know who is going to be strong in the conference.”
• Dates: Ten matches, eight are league; open Monday at home with Whiteville, host West Bladen on Wednesday, visit West Bladen on April 28.
